In 1969, a group of institutions in the Argentine packaging industry collaborated with raw materials proccessing firms to form the ARGENTINE PACKAGING INSTITUTE. The 14 original organizations have expanded into a large body of 400 members, which the organization serves in different areas of quality control, package development, materials purchasing, and information retrieval. The Institute maintains a Bibliographical Center, funds a Technological Research center, and offers technical and professional courses. www.packaging.com.ar

SKIP Intense

The package for this new Unilever concentrated liquid soap communicates its advantages at the point of sale. The bottle is asymmetrical with a pouring valve, cap, and dispenser, and is decorated top to bottom with a sleeve.

This package was developed for hydration during athletic activity. Gatorade developed an ergonomic PET package with small shrink sleeve and a pouring valve that provides easy use.

Bag in Box – Viña Concha y Toro

The air seal of this bag-in-box package guarantees that the wine will maintain the same characteristics from the first to the last drop for up to six weeks. The package was printed offset in four colors with varnish applied inline, hot-stamped with golden foil, and embossed.

Random Toothbrushes Display
This cardboard box protects, stores, and safely delivers 24 toothbrushes for an attractive counter display. The micro-corrugated cardboard base loads toothbrushes and adapts to different product sizes.

AXE

This new colorful packaging for Axe denotes the brand spirit—a high tech product for youth—with a minimalist design. The user turns the external ring to open the actuator for practical and friendly operation.

Rexona for Men

Unlike traditional deodorants, this package does not have a cap and is easy to use with one hand, once the safety mechanism is detached. The monoblock aluminum can has a grip zone for a visual and tactile attraction.

Coca-Cola – Americas Cup

Coca-Cola, an official sponsor of the Argentina soccer team, developed a spherical container shaped like a ball. Photographs of the team's soccer players adorn the sleeve, and the rotogravure printing provides excellent definition.

Phoebus

This new bag-in-box system has a 10-liter capacity with two separate bags. One six-liter bag contains fungicide (at the bottom) and the other threeliter bag contains soybean inoculant (on top).

The goals of this package were to strengthen the position of Nobleza Gaucha by releasing the new premium "yerba" with the intention of providing added value and innovation to the market.

Hellmann´s

This innovative dispenser box for minipouches integrated containment, exhibition, and controlled portions. The box contains 196 pouches of eight grams each, commonly consumed in fast food chains.

Femorel Tablets

Breaking traditional standards in medicine line production, Femorel challenged doctors and consumers for insights and developed a package that transmits the most innovative solutions to promote a unique osteoporosis compliance treatment.

Menthoplus Ice
The goal was to develop a highly attractive, original, easy-to-use, one-at-a-time dispenser within a short lead-time. The 30-unit dispenser, which is shaped like the product inside, can be filled easily with mass production devices at a low cost.
