1864 Tobacco in TinplateManufacturer: Klann Verpackungen GmbH + Co. KG, Landshut Designers: Mindgame Reklamebureau, Frederiksberg (Denmark) / Orlik Tobacco Company, Assens (Denmark) Client: Orlik Tobacco Company, Assens (Denmark) The appearance is high quality and does justice to the brand image, even though the design of the three dimensional object has gone new ways. The impact of the form of the metal box is markedly modern, generating a lively tension with the traditional design and the name of the tobacco "1864." To this are added the appreciably high-quality metal finishing as well as the precise, restrained graphic design.
Hammerite Paint CanManufacturer: Impress Metal Packaging S. A., La Flèche Cedex (France) Client: ICI Paints Deco (England) Besides the beauty of the form and the attractiveness at the point-of-sale, the grip indentations, which are adapted to the human hand, greatly ease the handling. The patented piston-pressurized air process, through the prior justification of the can, enables the manufacture of asymmetric forms that are harmonized with the print image.
Sceleton Perfume BottleManufacturer and Client: Ing. Erich Pfeiffer GmbH, Radolfzell Designer: Neels Kattentidt This Sceleton flacon really is unusual, following the trend of hi-tech products using transparent material to highlight the functional components. This adds to the fascination and creation of the character of the brand. The design polarized the jury on one level, but they agreed on the courage and individuality of the concept.
Ritter Sport Chocolate CubesManufacturer and Technical Design: MMGraphia Bielefeld GmbH & Co. KG, Bielefeld Graphic Design: Lothar Böhm Design, Hamburg Client: Alfred Ritter GmbH & Co. KG, Waldenbuch The calm and consistently designed folding packaging is striking, simultaneously offering a glimpse inside and thereby emphasizing the cube in the brand philosophy of "Ritter Sport." The close relationship to the square chocolate bar inspired this confectionary box, whose individuality nonetheless cannot be denied.
Power Pritt Adhesive GelManufacturer: CrownZeller Dtld. GmbH, Zell/Mosel / Bomo trendline Technik GmbH, Hardt Designer and Client: Henkel KGaA, Düsseldorf This packaging solution for an all-purpose adhesive provides an extremely accurate and complete application of the glue with the help of an adjustable sliding mechanism. The upside-down bottle guarantees immediate availability, and an integrated cap pin in the lid (foot end) prevents the tip from blocking. | ||
