Best Of The Best
Wow, what a year in packaging!!! Each year we have the opportunity to report on the best of the best of packaging as determined by the various awards programs conducted by professional industry organizations. Again this year, we are struck anew by the exceptional packaging innovations and dramatic designs that seem to flow continually out of our industry. The time that is dedicated to identifying and producing just the right materials, just the right structural designs, and just the right graphic treatments cannot be measured. However, the end results can be and are judged every day by consumers. This month, Package Design features experts in the packaging industry identifying truly noteworthy designs. Thousands of entrants across hundreds of categories within more than a dozen awards programs create the framework of this edition of our magazine. Each section is filled with great ideas that have discovered creative solutions to serve the ultimate end users' needs in ways that improve their lives through simple yet elegant solutions. As we do every month in Package Design, these programs recognize that these elegant solutions and beautiful presentations are the culmination of much diligent work, strategic thinking, and raw talent. Recognition by one's peers cannot be replaced, and we congratulate each and every one of this year's award winners!!! Chris Lyons | ||
