An X-Citing Time for PackagingBy Christopher Lyons, Publisher
This month's Wow! What a Package! column brings home one of the most powerful cause-marketing topics of our day. Breast cancer has touched millions of lives over the years and becomes a personal battle for over 200,000 American women each year. Energizer Holdings Inc. saw a perfect fit between its pink bunny, its slogan, and breast cancer awareness. Energizer has developed a fully integrated packaging campaign that acknowledges women's battles and supports efforts to eradicate this awful disease. It is our hope that very soon breast cancer will be one for the medical history books. In the meantime, if you or someone you love is stricken with breast cancer you can find excellent information and support at www.breastcancer.org Thanks again for your continued support of Package Design Magazine. Enjoy! Chris Lyons
