Favorable Publix Opinion

I love the Publix generic packaging [Jan/Feb 2006 issue]. My husband and I were in Florida over the holidays visiting family and shopped at Publix frequently.

I'm a pretty finicky shopper and I am very loyal to the national brands. However, I would--more often than not--purchase the Publix brand because I liked the packaging better.

I'm not sure how the average consumer feels, but coming from a design background, aesthetics plays a big part in most of my purchases.

Kudos to the Publix team for such beautiful work. All store brands should look so good.
