Chicago. Our clients include some of the biggest consumer goods companies in the U.S.
The Packaging Design Director must consistently demonstrate creative excellence by
providing design solutions and rationale that align with project objectives. He/she
supports the Group Creative Director and is responsible for a key CPG account.

• Four-year undergraduate university degree in design major
• Seven plus years of relevant brand design experience (specifically package design)
• Hands-on execution of design solutions in Adobe Illustrator, PhotoShop, and In Design.
• Articulate presentation skills that effectively communicates design rationales
• Successfully manage multiple design projects at one time.
• Incorporate strategic and analytic thinking into the design process.
• Ability to inspire, teach and lead a creative team of package designers
• Additional experience in the areas of promotion and in-store marketing a plus
