Crystal Lake, Illinois — The 2015 IADD·FSEA Odyssey is expected to be the largest Odyssey ever, with 107 exhibitors and 21 separate pieces of equipment running in the Techshop, in addition to the machinery on display in exhibitor booths.
The biennial tradeshow will run May 13-15 at the Schaumburg Convention Center in Schaumburg, Illinois, west of Chicago. Odyssey is a three-day event in the converting industry, targeted specifically to the diemaking/diecutting, foil stamping/specialty effects, folding carton, corrugated and specialty industries.
The event offers live demonstrations and programs on diecutting, diemaking, foil stamping, folding/gluing and digital UV inkjet machinery — all under one roof. It will be one of the most comprehensive displays of finishing/converting equipment in the U.S. this year.
"We are expecting well over 1,500 people to participate in this year's Odyssey and, with the number of potential walk-up attendees, we may end up with even more," IADD President and Planning Co-Chair, Darrel Griffin said. "Because we are a highly targeted show, this would be an amazing number for us."
The 2015 IADD·FSEA Odyssey is sponsored by the International Association of Diecutting and Diemaking (IADD) and the Foil & Specialty Effects Association (FSEA).
