VariBlend’s 40mm “50-50” dual chamber dispenser is a new, easy-to-use and easy-to-prime choice for makers of personal care formulations that require equalquantities of two ingredients to remain separate until the very moment of use.
This latest addition from VariBlend is available in single or dual nozzle, and comes soon after the announcement of our dual-chambered, one-touch foamer, which creates soft creamy foam without propellants.
“Priming our new ’50-50’ dispenser is as easy as one-two-three,” said Robert Brands, VariBlend President and CEO. “The consumer simply turns the dispenser head to prime , continues to the left, to prime again then on at a dedicated ‘50-50’ position. Press the soft-touch, ergonomically advanced actuator and the dispenser delivers efficient evacuation of both ingredients in an even, or fixed, ’50-50’ proportion with 100 percent of the output per stroke.”
Unlike VariBlend’s AB dispensers, configured with two chambers and two dispensing heads, for easy and efficient consumer application of “morning/evening,” or “regimen”-type products, the new “50-50” model is designed with two chambers and one dispensing head.
“With this latest addition to our portfolio, our customers understand that one word is all you need to know for all their dual-dispensing needs: VariBlend,” said Brands. “Makers in a wide range of consumer product categories can now enjoy the brand-building benefits of the industry’s widest and deepest range of dual-chambered, proven, precision-engineered, high-performance dispensers.” Such categories include skin care, sunless tanning, hair care or whenever product requires ingredient separation or need precise mixing and blending at the moment of application.
VariBlend is a world leader in the manufacture of custom-blending, dual-dispensing technology. By rotating the dispenser head, multiple formula strengths can be selected. Or, as with the new “50-50” dispenser, a fixed ratio setting is also available. Variblend’s patented systems satisfy consumer demandfor product personalization and freshness. The patented technology behind VariBlend had previously been sub-licensed and marketed by Versadial Inc. www.variblend.com
